		<description>I was in Bruges once.  I rented a car, took a drive over and spent the day.  Mostly one looks, photographs, walks by and takes boat rides in canals.  Bruges is called the Venice of the north and used to be important once but, all cities or places that call themselves the Paris of the West or the Tel Aviv of the Pampas, generally are not.  La Habana was the Paris of the Caribbean, though.</description>
